This is a limited single-finca lot from San Lorenzo's 2025 harvest; once this crop is sold through, it will not return until the next season.

Founder's Note
I chose this San Lorenzo Bourbon because the natural process gives the cup the kind of fruit and body I look for when I taste wine. The golden medium roast keeps the sweetness forward while letting the earthy Puerto Rican character stay present.
