Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Because we roast in small batches, a fresh-roasted coffee may occasionally need the full processing window before it ships.

Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders under $35. Orders of $35 or more ship free within the United States.

Most domestic orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground depending on package weight, destination, and live carrier pricing at fulfillment. Typical transit time is 2-5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, U.S. territories, severe weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may extend delivery time.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@sommgear.com with the order number and a brief note about the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
