Coffee Returns

Coffee is a perishable food product, so roasted coffee, green coffee, and other coffee products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer remorse, taste preference, or ordering the wrong item.

SommKey Bottle Opener Returns

Vintage 1 SommKey and Vintage 2 SommKey bottle openers may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

To start a SommKey return, contact us at info@sommgear.com with your order number before mailing anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@sommgear.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for perishable coffee products except where required by law. Approved SommKey returns and exceptional-case refunds are returned to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
